apparently I'm having the same problem as 409-410-673-66276345

I have seen that it has also happened to other users and they are forwarding their message with the 2-day free membership code, I would like to receive the message again and I would like to know how long it would take to arrive, thanks

Yes, the ticket method is slower.
You should still see your code sent before the end of the month but, if time is getting very short, please post back.
