I had linked my main, Steel Bloodx, and alt, Steel Blood3, (these are only display names) to a Jagex account previously. I could log into both via the Jagex launcher and switch between them in the launcher. However neither recieved the 2 golden cape shards.
So I tried linking them to an account again. And now when using the email I assigned to Steel Blood3, it just logs me into a fresh new character and I no longer have a way of accesing Steel Blood3. Thankfully I have steam to still access my main.
I am now locked from trying to login anymore because somehow all my passwords were both wrong, and unable to be changed because they were the same as my current password. I don't even know what login anymore to try and use for Steel Blood3 because of this horribly convulted "upgrade". I've tried the accounts orginal name, current name, email, any combination of password I use, nothing works.
I need this issue to be resolved quickly since it is a time limited event which I've spent money for (in game), and if not, it is likely the final nail in the proverbial coffin for me and this game as this is something that should have been incredibly simplistic, and not lead to losing access of an account. Worst account management experience I've ever had with any game.
