Well first I would like to apologize for my recent forum behavior, I have been going through personal tragedy, murder of my little sister, cancer and going on the third operation, it's made me a bit crazy, I had been going off like a loose cannon, please forgive me, this is not my normal mode.

I am here on steam, it's the only way I can access the forum, yet I still cant access my full account because Jagex has stopped sending me emails, I can get purchase confirmation emails, and Jagex support message delivery failed, but I cant get them to send me a code, I beg of you please help, this account is 4 months away from being 20 years and I have never had these email problems before.

First of all, have you checked your junk folder or any other email folder that could be storing new emails? I know it's a cliche question, but sometimes people forget to look.

If that's not your problem, have you set up a Jagex Account? If so, does that use the same email address that you have used before?

yes I have checked my spam and other folders, I have checked my block list, and lastly Yes I have a Jagex account, I have been using the same email I started this account with, I have no problem receiving payment confirmation the last one I received was today 11/14/2023 for a purchase I made today.
I cant change my password because that requires me to receive a confirmation code and I am not currently receiving emails back from the website, just emails back from payment processing, I think it's a website problem on Jagex's end as I have also tried through steam to get sent a confirmation email and it does not work.
cant get confirmation code from website using google browser, cant get a confirmation code email sent through steam, it's by some miracle that steam lets me on to the forum, otherwise I couldn't post because I don't receive confirmation code emails. this is a recent problem, it started right after I shit posted a rant about never winning special event drops.
So to whomever it may concern, I apologize again, it was emotional shit posting and had had assumed something so dim witted would get immediately removed. I humbly beg of you with all my heart to please forgive me.
this account will be twenty years old in four months, and I have spent a lot of money on it and surely do not want to loose it because I can't get confirmation code emails, which basically takes control of the account away from me and I feel like it is vulnerable now that I cant access change password. Please I beg of you help.

how do I contact support, where would I send my ticket? I can't even find submit a ticket as the website goes in a loop
How do I get my account access back?
how can I speak to someone who can help?

"update: Jagex got back in touch got locked out for a few days but they managed to fix the problem, I can once again receive emails, I have set up authenticator now and wrote down my backup codes so I'm not reliant on receiving an email to log in as I don't want to be dealing with all of this again"


how do I get Jagex to fix it like they fixed it for this guy?
where do I send a ticket? I can't even get to a ticket form to fill out to beg for help, how do you find it in the contact support loop? it just goes in circles with no ticket form offered.

Hey, Birabiro.

Have you checked the Not received email Support article? This one is specifically for Jagex Accounts . I know that you said that you aren't receiving confirmation emails, but may you try to change the email address to see if you get THAT message sent to your email? You can try to change your email by following the instructions here: Change email address . If you don't already have one, try to add a Google Mail account as those have proven to show the least amount of issues for RuneScape players .

If you try the above and it doesn't work out for you, there is a way to get in touch with Jagex regarding Jagex Account concerns. Head to Upgrade your RuneScape character to Jagex account and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on the blue "
CONTACT US
" bottom. It'd take about 48 hours max to receive a response; however, I highly suggest you try the suggestions above before sending Jagex a message.

I wouldn't utilize the [email protected] email address mentioned above due to the fact that this email address is ought to be used for tip-offs , not for a player to ask for assistance. You aren't going to receive a response back as the email address aforementioned is a no-reply one .
