I was trying to figure out if it was possible to remove or delete specific characters off my Jagex account.. Ended up scheduling my whole account for perma deactivation (was pretty sleep deprived at the time, honestly)... Help? hahaha... Guess I'll be going to touch grass more often soon..?

I have done that already, no response at all which means Monday or Tuesday my account is stuck being deactivated if I don't get a response cause it's all automated.

It isn't possible to remove a character from a Jagex Account if you have already added it.
The only thing you can do now is hide a character from your characters list.

When you set your accounts to be deleted, you would have received a confirmation email from Jagex.
You needed to respond to that email to stop the deletion.

Rest assured Jagex/JMods aren't soo fast in deactivating accounts as they are aware that these things do happen, so they give you enough time to overthink such things and get your account(s) on track.

Check the 'Messages' tab on the affected account. Is there a reply from Jagex in there?

Responding multiple times will certainly send the message that you don't want to delete the account.
Unless you were very, very late with your response, I suspect Jagex got your message.
