Dear Runescapers,

I have a question.

Evry single day my Ironman account keeps getting locked out of the game and i have to recover it being due suspicious activity,

Its been happening for the last 4 days now. and i dont know what changed to led to this.

The account has authentication enabled.
No one else has knowledge over the password (since i have to change it evryday. to something else.)

I scanned my computer for virusses and came out clean (malwarebytes.)

Does anyone know what i can do to resolve this?

Ok. Work through the points on the Security tips support page.

In particular, check for linked third party accounts and check your device for malware.

An account lock indicates that someone is using the correct login and password to attempt entry to the account but is being auto-blocked by Jagex and being stopped from completing the login.
