Background:
I'm a main that spends too many hours a day. I rarely trade anyone, and the only times I trade is when helping someone out randomly or when I win Twitch Giveaways. I watch a lot of streams while playing.
Story:
Back in October, Jagex did a ban wave on Streamers that were doing "Community Chucks". I never participated in those, but I have won giveaways from s streamers before they started doing those. I received an RWT minor warning. Since it was a warning, I cannot appeal and had to live with it. Everything was fine afterwards because all the streamers stopped doing "Community Chucks".
In late December, I joined a Twitch Streamer's stream-athon. They were having PoH Party Games with prizes at the end.
The game we played was hot potato with a gnome ball. There was a second stipulation for the Finals where we played Split or Steal. Basically you both choose to split the prize (30m), or if one person steals - they get the 30m, if both steal, we get nothing.
After about ~20 minutes of throwing a gnome ball around, I ended up in the finals after going against ~15+ others.
I chose to split, the other guy to steal. The streamer still gave me the 30m, it was a great time and good content.
Ban:
A month later (late January) after grinding ToA all week solo (jewels won't drop, man), I find that I can't log in and my account is banned for RWT.
Since I rarely trade, I figured that the 30m I won was what triggered the RWT ban. I also confirmed this because other chat members in the Twitch Chat and Discord mentioned they either got banned or a warning.
I was able to appeal and mentioned that I won a Twitch Giveaway. Appeal denied. So that really upset me even more, especially since the process took longer than the 3day ban.
I have the full VoD showing me play the game on stream and the 30m winning trade.

Am I missing something? Are Twitch Giveaways considered RWT?
I couldn't reach any mods on Twitter and Reddit removes my posts.
Thanks,
