Amazon link Jagex Account?

I have some Amazon credit and was going to try to purchase some treasure hunter keys from them, but when added to my cart, I am prompted to link my RuneScape account. Since I already made my Jagex account I am unsure how to link a character now. An outdated looking window appears and asks for my login info but since Runescape accounts don't have individual passwords anymore, I figured it would be my Jagex account. It didn't work and I'm not sure if the process hasn't been updated since the Jagex Launcher happened? Any help or insight would be appreciated!

Hi there

Do the following from this end:
Log into your Jagex Account and select the character you want to be linked to your Amazon.
Then, head to account management and the 'Linked Accounts' tab.
Click on 'Manage Amazon' and you will be asked to select the character you want linked again.

I have to admit I don't know what happens next as I don't have Amazon but, hopefully, things will work out.
