There is no way to contact jagex on this matter other than this forums. I returned recently after not playing for 3 years to my main info changed. I recovered it successfully only to find out it was banned for botting and the hacker wasted my appeal chance. Im just asking for jagex to investigate my mains ban to see it was obviously committed by the person that hacked my account. Thanks

Offences can be appealed once,
if your appeal is denied the decision is final

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable,
it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.


Although someone else has 'thrown away' yours ability to appeal, Jagex/JMods are still adamant that said penalty was correctly carried out.
And yes ... Jagex/JMods gave it the opportunity to be investigated once again, unluckily it didn't change a thing.
