dear jagex,
i have been falsey banned on my accounts all 6 of them. i have been featured in behemeth vidoes and posted all over twitter.
jagex then replied to me in my inbox to one of my accounts where they admitted my account was mistakenly caught in there system and wrongfully banned. it states i cannot copy and paste this message. i can upload the picture if requested by staff.

im not sure to why my other accounts have not been unbanned. i stream occasionally and have full support of the following streamers, abyss. vanc, donator, katerna , skill specs who will all vouch that i have never broken any rules. they have also made twitter post aswell as i have made a post every 2 days since these fake bans,
i honestly just want my main and my med and my pure back so i can enjoy the game again, i feel i have been miss treated and ignored and not given any support at all.

jagex offically unbanned one of my accounts with my 26b on it there is a youtube video on it yet my following accounts have been not looked into or missed due to all the drama thats been going on .

can someone please! look into my accounts and correct this mistake like you have done on one of my accounts already and which was proven to be a false ban according to being caught in your system as you wrote in the inbox.

Jagex/JMods have knowledge about what is send to your inbox as they archive all communications with The RuneScape Community.
Jagex/JMods constantly review their systems/communications and if something might be out of order they will investigate/correct said errors but that doesn't mean all is wrong.
You are always able to play RuneScape with other accounts that are not affected or you just create a new account.

To be honest I shouldn't have to create another account for a false banned where I did nothing wrong hence why jagex can clearly see they inboxes me stating my account was caught by mistake in there system and fixed. There is a full youtube video on it . But for some reason my other 4 different account builds to pk different styles has not been looked into which is very poor customer service .
.I would love for this error to be correct so I can play the game I love and get my accounts back that I've had for 15 years each one of them .


I dont have the time to make all fresh accounts im a full time single father . My accounts shouldn't be banned anyway. It's unfair and unjustified.

If a mod can please check they will see this. I can upload the picture of the direct inbox from jagex anti cheat team stating my bans was fasley applied and caught in there system

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable, it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.

2_tron I know your trying to be helpful but your really not as stated above jagex unbanned one of my accounts and directly apologised and inboxed me on runescape inbox .

Also I was featured in behemeth videos aswell as jagex admitted I was falsey banned .

Teriah where can I do that? I've been told to post here. I've been posting on twitter every single day.

' and it would be very unwise to share them with others, even if you have seen it happen before. For your thread it doesn't matter if you are trying to prove to the community what has been written to you.
Jagex/JMods have stated a message to you meant for you alone and their point of view isn't lightly changed at all.
They have checked, made a decision, and all accounts affected have benefit from. That there are accounts that have not benefit from said situation, Jagex/JMods are not convinced enough to let those accounts be treated the same.

It is Jagex's Business/Company/Product you are talking about so it is their decision what to do in certain circumstances. Maybe more things have happened in the past that makes Jagex/JMods so adamant about their decision as how they put it now.

Did you appeal the bans on the other accounts, or just assume Jagex would unban them all from one appeal?

If you did appeal the bans individually, and those appeals were denied, then there's nothing more that can be done I'm afraid. Once a ban appeal is denied, Jagex will not look at it again.
