Haven't played the game in years, I came back to see my account was banned, appealed and got it back. Unfortunately all my items, gold, and skills(reset) that i remember were gone. Even my member item.

Is there a way to recover these or see why/where they have gone to? was there an update that deleted all item on players who have been idle for 1+ years?

I am guessing you logged into Old School RS (OSRS) right?
You need to log into RS3 to find your old game progress as you remember.

The two game versions (OSRS and RS3) are completely separate.
While the same login will get you access to both games, you create and train a character separately in each.

I recommend you also get yourself up to speed on security as you have found your account has been used by a hijacker.

Hello,

unfortunately, it was my RS3 that im looking for.

my OSRS account was still there but not my RS3.

i had google authenticator so and 2 way verification so i dont believe it was hacked.

im thinking my main account was with a different email now ^_^ , but im still in the proccess of recovering those accounts. since it has been 1+ years since i last played.
