Hello everyone, Ive got a bit of a sob story behind the account that is in question. My childhood best friend that ive played RS since 2006 with passed away. I had access to his account and i planned on keeping it just because it was really all i had left from him. The account was stolen not once, but twice and now is perm banned with a denied appeal. Im begging someone to look into this account and see the loggins were not authorized. At this point i dont care if the account is 100% reset, just want it back.

Account in question is "Sacred Ones".

It's unfortunate that your friend is no longer around to be able to play with, but unfortunately because you were not the creator of the account, its not something that can be given to you.

Only the owners are able to recover and access accounts and cannot be transferred to anyone other than the creator of it. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
