Sounds like you logged into Wrong Game version.

You could have logged into Old School and not RS3.

Check which version you logged into. Comprehensive Account Security

Hey, PainInMySoul.

There are two versions of the game: RuneScape 3 , which would be the game that you had always played and Old School RuneScape (OSRS) , which is a NEW version of the game released on February 22nd, 2013 using a backup from 2007. For OSRS, every single player had to start off of Tutorial Island.

To access RuneScape 3:

To access OSRS:

https://oldschool.runescape.com/

Other than that, ensure that you are also logging into the correct account. Accounts that were created prior to November 2010 have a username as a login and accounts created after November 2010 have an email address as a login. You may find more information by visiting the links below:
