Dear Community,

I had a long break from RS but i decided to come back last week. So i tried to log in to my account and turned out I was permantly banned. So i made the appeal and yesterday i got unbanned because my account was hacked by hackers and did Zulrah macroning. Now it turned out to be that they ofcourse hacked me for my bank but thats not the worst part, the worst part is that they trained my attack and defence ! the account was a max med and now it has 92att and defence which is uterlly bad, i was wondering if my account can get a rollback till like 1 or 2 or 3 years ago ? Now im completely done with the account because its really bad..

I would really appreciate it.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you were hacked while you were inactive from your account. Unfortunately with regards to the levels of your account, they are unable to be rolled back. Jagex specifically state this in their Rollback policy and as harsh as this may seem, I'm sorry to say that nothing can be done on this front.

Moving forward, if you are to continue with the account or create a new one, I would highly suggest reading through the various links in the Security Support page of the RuneScape Forums, which provide the best ways of having ironclad security around your account to prevent these events from happening in the future.
