After I recovered back my account I appealed two appeals for 12-Mar-2023 and 10-Apr-2013 and I got two different answers. As I said, in the month after 12 March 2023, Jagex/JMods reviewed your case more closely/thorough, by multiple JMods (anticheat-Team) and confirmed that a ban was/is justified and overturned your appeal of 12 March 2023 changing it at 10 April 2023 into a permanent ban.

The '
Anti-Cheat Team
' is constantly '
reviewing software for illegal/abusive use
' and they will continue to do that for the future of gaming software.
So, one moment you will get the benefit of the doubt as where at the other moment, after finding enough proof, you'll be banned permanently.

your recovery
' provided Jagex/JMods enough 'new evidence' to review the whole case putting a different judgement on the matter because of that recovery.
