hi, i recently recovered a osrs account i had and wondered if
it could be transfered to a already existing rs3 account (like a data transfer)
so its under the same email/password and members plan

does jagex have/provide a service for these types of things?
or is what im suggesting impossible?

I am very sorry but there is no data transfer service.
You have to play your accounts as you find them.
