Hi Community,

My previous main was falsely banned after being hacked and botted on. I had so much information I could provide on how I owned the account. My friend notified me that my account was logged in recently, and I had not been on in months.

I don't know if I can do anything, but I have any information that would be needed to unban my previous main.

I am now enjoying the game again on my new main. Please let me know what I can do, previous RSN name is Goodbye Chat. Best,

It is banned, I placed an appeal and tried to provide as many details as possible (previous names, cc billing info, creation date). I could even provide photographic evidence if I was able to.

The appeal was denied, not sure what to do about it now. Best,

if your appeal is denied the decision is final

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable,
it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.


There's nothing more to be done at any stage.

So, you are able to log into the account (on the website) but cannot get it into game?

Ban Appeals can only be done once. The result of that one appeal is final

When Jagex check the account, they are checking for evidence that the account was hijacked at the time of the offence. If the ban appeal was denied it means the evidence of hijacking wasn't there. :(
