Account hijacked, cant ironman

Hi !

My account was hijacked some time ago, at the time I only played rs3. I changed my login and all that and everything is fine on that front.

Recently I wanted to make a group ironman in osrs with my friends. However, the hijacker made a osrs character on my account to bot canonballs. Now, I can't start my character as an ironman since it already left tutorial island. I dont want to pay for a 2nd membership, is there anyway to fix this ? I litterally never played on the account, the hijackers did.

I am sorry to read about what has happened.
Unfortunately, you have to accept the damage the hijackers have done and move forward from there.
If you are not able to accept the damage, your only option is to create a new account/ character and pay another membership.
