Missing inverted cape override

I used the inverted constitution master cape token before having 120 constitution. It said the override will unlock when i reach 120 constitution and the token disappeared. Now I reached 120 constitution and the override is nowhere to be found. What do I do?

Nevermind. I just talked to the skillcape seller and he inverted the colors. Nothing about it is said on the Wiki. I will try to add that information.
