I have premier membership that runs out in Jan 24. I have completed both Dead and Buried and Battle of Forinthry but I've not got any shards. In the events icon Vorkath has an infinity sign against it. I've tried talking to Mordaut, but the only options are toggle effect and bye. Likewise Mordaut jr gives no option to buy a shard. And yes, I've reloaded the client a number of times.

I have reported this as a bug but heard nothing.

As time is a time limited event has anyone any ideas what I can do?

My main account is fine and I use the same launcher for both.
