I would like to reach out to a J Mod but it says on the email i got sent on the runescape website that i cannot share this information or discuss it with anyone. How do i reach out to Mod Icu?

The short answer to this is: you can't.

I assume you have received a warning about RWTing in your Messages inbox.
Jagex send these out when they detect RWTing but the recipient of the RWT might not be aware that they have received RWTed gold. They assume you are an innocent victim and have given you the benefit of the doubt.

Have you swapped gold between RS3 and OSRS?
Have you won a significant amount of gold in a PvP fight?
Have you been given a significant amount of gold for nothing in return?
All of these situations could result in a player receiving RWT gold as a victim of a RWTer.

Be very careful about your game activity that involves receiving/accepting large sums of gold for, seemingly, nothing in return.
If Jagex detect the same thing again, the next punishment will be an unappealable ban.

You cannot contact Jagex for more information about your warning. They assume you already know what triggered the detection.
