i feel that someone has made a mistake
i haven't logged on to my alt account in years and an authenticator was set on it not from my doing
if i could please get a 2nd look through from the account i feel like y'all would find that i haven't done anything wrong

Do you have access to the registered email?
If you do, request to Disable authenticator via clicking the link Jagex send to your email.

It isn't necessary to do a full account recovery if you have access to the registered email.

If you are certain you did not set Authenticator, it indicates that a hijacker may have used your account and set it.
I recommend you take some time to thoroughly review your account security.

Also, consider upgrading your accounts to a Jagex Account. The security protocol used by the Jagex Account is much stronger than that used by the old RuneScape accounts.

I have done both and they denied it
I have been through this before and they accepted my appeal but I got denied this time and wanted to get a 2nd look at it
my other account linked to the email is fine

Are you saying your account is banned?
And it has happened before but you appealed successfully but, this time, the appeal was denied?

If the account is getting banned for macroing, the account owner only gets one chance to have the ban removed and get the account back into the game.
At that point the account owner is expected to thoroughly secure the account and make sure a hijacker cannot return.
If that doesn't happen and the hijacker returns, Jagex is not so forgiving.
If the account is caught macroing a second time, hijacker or no, the appeal will always be denied.
