Two 18 years old accounts bans

A reply to a ban appeal can take up to 7 days to arrive back.
Jagex usually checks to see if a hijacker has been using the account, however there are a couple of different ways a hijacker can mask their use and make it look like the account owner was using the account.
Have you reviewed your email, device and account security?
Change the password to your email.
Change the password to your banned accounts.
Check if there are any linked third party accounts ('Linked Accounts' tab in account management). If you see any linked accounts, unlink them.
