My sister has had her rs3 account stolen. She had originally sent off a recovery form off near the beginning of last year and never got a response. At the end of last year she tried again she had never gotten a response. She has had this account since 2006! Her account name is MiniMiss. No where she tries can she get a response from anyone. Is anyone able to help?
Account recovery forms are replied to within 24 hours and there WILL have been a reply sent.
If no reply was received, she should work through the points on the
Not receiving emails
support page.
Her email settings might be blocking Jagex emails - she should check.
She might be using a school email that blocks emails from gaming companies. If so, she should submit a Gmail email to be the new registered email.
She needs to start getting replies to the recovery.
