Can someone help me to buy membership. I have money on my Visa card but it wont let me pay. I am putting in the correct number and the 3 number on the back of my card.

Is it a regular credit card or a pre-paid credit card?
A pre-paid probably won't work if you are trying to buy a recurring subscription as Jagex need a payment method that will still be accessible when renewal comes around.

If you are using a debit card, it may have restrictions about where it can be used and, if you aren't in UK, it may not work.

Have you worked through the points on the Unsuccessful payment support page?
