I am writing to appeal the permanent ban imposed on my account, "Mokorato," due to macroing in OldSchool. I acknowledge and deeply regret my mistake. I sincerely apologize for violating the rules and breaching the terms of service of Jagex.

I did engage in the use of illegal 3rd party software for a brief period of time. However, within minutes of using the botting software, I felt overwhelming guilt and fear. I immediately closed the program and have not used it since. I deeply regret my actions, and I assure you that it was a one-time lapse in judgment, one that I deeply regret and that will never be repeated.

Whether I am unbanned or not, I am committed to strictly adhering to the rules and terms of service, and I am genuinely remorseful for my past actions.

I understand that Jagex has implemented strict measures to detect and deter the use of illegal software. I respect and appreciate your dedication to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. I assure you that I have learned my lesson and that I will never engage in any form of cheating or rule-breaking activities in the future.

I kindly request that you reconsider the permanent ban imposed on my account "Mokorato" and grant me a second chance. I am willing to accept any necessary sanctions or restrictions that you may impose, as I fully comprehend the gravity of my actions.

I would like to add that my account had been hacked previously, 2 years ago, and I didnt know till I returned and recovered it

if you appealed it and its still banned there is nothing to be done.

we are only players like you and can only tell you info that can be found on jagex rules
and such.

but if you did appeal and it was denied then all you can do is wait a few years and see if
you are given another chance.

also the botting software. i suggest you remove it from your computer, not just turn it off etc. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

You can't use the forums to appeal because the ban appeal JMods don't read or respond to these type of threads.

Is there someone on reddit who is advising that you appeal like this in here?
It's just that your thread is the latest in a series of ban appeal threads in here that all bear the mark of a similar "guide to appeal a ban via the forums".

All the threads sound very similar to each other though they are all different players appealing for different banned accounts.
Please tell your reddit advisor to stop wasting their time with useless advice.

According to the Appeal an offence Support article, once you appeal a ban and the outcome is unfavorable, then there is nothing you can do for that specific account. The decision is final, no matter if you post here on the Forums or Reddit.

You officially admit that you have purposely broken the '
Rules of RuneScape
' and '
Terms & Conditions
' where Jagex/JMods have been warning all players of The RuneScape Community to not break those rules, explained clearly for anyone to read for 20+ years.

Jagex/JMods have correctly gathered evidence against your account and applied said justified penalty therefore nothing else can be done.

You have a second chance or more by creating a new account and start playing without breaking the rules. Nothing else can be done here nor anywhere else talking about your account Mokorato.
