Need JMod help with a bug!

I’m making this post on behalf of my younger brother who is stuck in the Beekeeper random event and unable to leave. He has solved the challenge with no result, has purposefully failed the challenge multiple times with no result, and he is unable to leave via the beekeeper npc. I’ve looked into every possible escape option with him and have come to the conclusion that the event is bugged and he is trapped. His user name is Bomb791 and I’m hoping he can please be teleported out. Hope this reaches a Jagex Moderator!! Thank you.

Is he dragging the pieces over into the framework in the middle?

Posting in here won't get his issue seen by a JMod as this forum is player run.
