I was trying to remove my account "bullet pker" from the account launcher under delete my account thinking that it will remove it from this Jagex account launcher since runelite was not working, it was not reading that I had runelite downloaded when I do, but once I got the email I noticed it was deleting my entire account! I responded to the email right away so it does not delete my account but no response as of yet. I want to make sure this is reversed before it is too late! It states that I have 72 hours to reverse this, I only have 24 hours left! I put so much time and effort in this account and I cannot have it deleted. This is not what I want. Please help!!

Hello,

I do think you're safe if you responded to said email within time, however i'd like to just add, you cannot remove accounts once they are imported into a Jagex Account, just for future reference. Hope you are good with the stopping the deletion.

Hey, bullet pker.

You are given 72 hours to respond to the email, not to have your account deleted. If you have already responded, then you ought to be fine. Jagex aims to respond to these requests within 30 days; however, it may take up to 90 days, depending on the case. You may find more information here: Your personal data rights .
