I cant purchase membership

I have been trying to purchase membership for the last couple days but cant. i put in my debit card details and have the money in the bank but the keeps telling me it's been rejected. i have went to the bank and found out my account doesn't have any restrictions on it for international payments. i have also cleared by cache and did all sorts of thing with no fix. i have also just got a new card incase it was the card that was the problem but no help. my account is still active and doesn't have membership as i had logged in a couple days ago. if anyone can help that would be great.

You might have to use a different payment method.
Work through the suggestions in the Unsuccessful payment support page.

I know that debit cards don't always work for international purchases.
A credit card will work but a pre-paid credit card won't work.
