so my fishmask disappeared from my bank and I submit a claim, it was a glitch so i got it back

I was buying a pumpkin from g-e for 1b, I tried to cancel offer and relist offer but that 1b disappeared idk how, I have a video to prove it and I set up a claim and I got my 1b back

now I heard form odablock and oakdice that ppl was getting their phats back from getting hacked and of course I want my phats returned as well! I was hacked in late 2017 or early 2018 for purple phat, mask set and many other rares. at the time I had enough to buy an entire phat set which I was going to buy soon

so I set up a claim hoping if they can return at least something and then they said that I had too many successful claims and they cannot help me anymore. bro I had 2 successful claims for one fish mask and 1b yes but what I am hoping to get returned to me is worth around 1 trillion

they said they returned over 2b to me which is false, 1b+ fish mask is like 1b and possibly 10m? so yea that's nowhere near 2b

I mean I hope they can atleast return 10% of what was hacked. I didn't even know they return hacked stuff until recently.

I have a bunch of videos and pictures of what I had prior to getting hacked

I was in the army at the time when I got hacked.

Not only was my runescape accounts hacked but all my social media, emails and pretty such every single account that I've ever used in my life.

Everything got hacked... later many of the accounts which I had on different websites were banned as well and I never got them back.

And not only that but 10k gb of my hardrive was completely erased. All my pictures, data, music, information, usernames, passwords, were all erased from my pc.

The phones which I had were also hacked/erased. The strange part was nothing was stolen, it was simply just erased. At least nobody erased my saved file of pokemon emerald rofl.

Any help from a mod would be greatly appreciated if I could get anything back.

Lost Item claims have to be lodged soon after the event, the support page says within 48 hours.

This is because Jagex need to verify that the items were on your account and track how they left your account.

The Lost Items support page also states there is a limit to the number of times they will offer the service.

If you have submitted a claim and been refused, posting in the forums is not going to assist you to get a diffent outcome. :|

I have all the evidence that all of those items belonged to me. I have many logs, videos, pictures, recordings, etc. I was one of the richest players in the entire game at one points of time and I also had over 100 Christmas scythes and much more.

I mean it's fine, it's whatever. I know it happened a long time ago but I didn't know that they did return hacked items so when I saw that i was hacked I was simply like w/e because I was going through a really hard time in my life anyways.

Honestly I'd be more than happy with even my mask set returned or just my purple phat. I mean I could provide all the evidence needed and could even send my hardrive over to the hq. etc.

I bought that purple phat for 2.15b+100 akrisae sets and this was right before invention so ofc those sets rose by a lot! I always wore my drag full helm override over my purple phat rofls. I at least hope that I could get anything back but if not w/e it's fine, kinda really demotivating tho.

It really hurts my heart!

Did you 'first and foremost' have convinced Jagex/JMods that hijacking your private credentials is something of the past that will never/ever happen again?

If there isn't enough proof that your account/computer/email are 100% airtight protected than there's little to no reason to consider a refund/return of anything, if Jagex/JMods have even consider that in the first place.

I'm the op and hey, it's completely fine tbh although maybe they should've gave me a year free membership cuz I had like 20 accs falsely banned for 2/3 yrs but w/e it's fine

maybe I could've gotten my phat back but it's fine

I only ask them to make an update which'll make my whips be worth 1m+ again so that I could buy my rares back once again
