Banned for autochat in client

Hi I'm a rs player for many years now! Just wondering why the f auto chat that built into moble, desktop and runelite client that jagex allows without any warning messages CAN GET ME BANNED? I thought "oh cool an auto chat thats built into runelite? Let me check and make sure its in the other clients so i it give me the ok to use it." Yep, all of the clients have auto chat so ban and banned. Rip Lost Acolyte and Sin Forever. Both accounts were clean without any offenses and they are PREMA BANNED. so I used both accounts to advertise my house of my main and on an off for about 2 days and I stopped them on and off to give them breaks thinking I may get smacked for botting and yeah it happend. But what I don't understand is why PERMA BANS? If any jagex employee who IS NOT A PLAYER MOD looks at this post and helps me I will be forever grateful but nay I've done what I can and getting in contact with actually mods is impossible.

Back in September, you posted something very similar to this:

I submitted and appeal for both and and both were denied! This is absolutely devastating and I did my research on the built in autochat before hand.

Its the same situation regarding what is likely the same two accounts described in the opening post here.

The advice that was provided back then still holds true: If the bans have been appealed and Jagex has denied the appeal, then that decision is final - those accounts will not be returned to play. The forums are not a platform for appealing account bans, and posting about the same bans a few months later isn't going to change that.

If those offenses have been appealed and those appeals denied, then there is nothing further that can be done for those accounts, and there is no need to continue to post regarding those accounts on the forums.
