False Ban On Main-Account

I am writing on my alt account due to what is an error related to my main account "Oz k". I logged on this morning to check several ge offers I had pending and sell some runes that I crafted. I then tried to log on 30 minutes later to be surprised by a "RWT Minor" ban. If a mod or some of the sort could look into this ASAP, would be appreciated. The account has never been involved in any RWT of any sort. I have submitted an appeal on the account's behalf.

This needs to be reviewed ASAP, i know the account effected "Oz K" very well and i know for a fact that it has never been and never will be involved in any sort of RWT. Please jagex, look into it and make it right, this ban was completely unacceptable/uncalled for and needs to be resolved and made right immediately. @jagex

Thank you for the link to clear vernacular on potential key-notes for a RWT ban. However, I'm steadfast that none of the rules were broken. The appeal process can take up to 10 days and it's a 2 day ban so while I have some downtime trying to get this expedited and my account exonerated.

In any case, I'd read the Macroing & RWT bans [Info] thread:

" There is only one type of RWT ban that can be appealed: ‘ Real world trading buying minor’. This is a temporary ban for buying gold . The duration varies and it may or may not include removal of the purchased wealth. The appeal option can be found in account status next to the offence. If the appeal is denied, that is final. "

As Mrs Ana explained, you will need to wait for the results of your appeal. There is no way to expedite an appeal.

, I recommend you review your email, device and account security as you need to ensure that you are the only person using your account.
Please work through the points on the Security tips support page.

As 2_Tron said above, it is a warning ban and you need to take it seriously.

RWT bans are issued after an investigation of the account and its trade links to others. The investigation could have taken days, maybe weeks. It certainly won't have anything to do with your in-game activity immediately before the ban was placed.
Be careful about what you are accepting in trade, particularly if the trade is unequal.
