Hi I'm writing to you today because my main "perm muute" was unbanned after 3.5 years and it was quashed by a J mod, is there any chance I could possibly have my mute quashed also, I appreciate any response to this thread thankyou

That they have decided to leave a mute in place, first things first, maybe they need a bit more convincing from your side before they do that in your favour.

I believe I have changed for the better, after 10.5 years I would say I'm a whole different person than I was when I made the mistake of getting muted in the first place, I just want to be able to talk to my friends :) That's good, but now others need to be convinced too.
You can use your alt accounts to talk to your friends and Jagex/JMods are able to monitor these talks if/when they want to to see the improvement.
