I recently broke my phone which meant that I lost access to my Authenticator, so I'm trying to remove this but it's sending confirmation emails to an account which I can't currently access.
The email is protected by my old phone number, so I'm unable to log into it. I have contacted my old network provider who have confirmed the phone is completely disconnected and there is no way of reviving it. I'm currently posting on the Google forums for assistance, but I'm not hopeful.
Is there any way for me to get my email address changed on this account? I have attempted to submit appeals but they are being rejected even though I know I'm providing a lot of solid information.
I can still access the account through Steam (hence how I'm managing to post here) but I am unable to login anywhere else because of this.
I'm growing increasingly concerned as I've sunk 250+ days worth of time into this account and it worries me knowing I could be fully locked out
