Hey, bugums.

Head to Change registered email and click on the blue "
Recover Account
" link. Since you don't currently have access to the registered email address on the account in question, you'd have to commence an account recovery request. This is carried to show Jagex that you are indeed the account's creator. If you are successful, the email address that you enter at the very beginning of the form will automatically become the new registered email address.

It's highly recommended that you utilize a Google Mail account as those have proven to cause the least amount of headaches for players. If you need help recovering your account, you may use the Account recovery denied Support article for advice.

Click on the "
contact Jagex support
" shown on the screen after the link has been sent. I have added a screenshot for visualization:

Once you click on that, you will be shown the image below. Enter the NEW registered email address that will replaced the old, inaccessible one. As mentioned above, please try to use a Google Mail account. This is where you will receive your response to the account recovery request:

Keep scrolling down to fill out the information/details that are being asked of you. If the account recovery appeal is successful, the new email address that you entered above in the box I quoted will become the registered email address on the account.

Best of luck!
