Unable to create jagex account

I have tried several times to upgrade my account to a jagex account and every time it says it sends me the email for a code and i never get it. yes I checked all folders, yes i added to contact list and no it is not a restricted website. I understand I could possible make and try to use another email for this, but I would much rather use my already existing email. I have tried this dozens of times on many different days. Code has never been sent.

There has been an issue over the past day or two. Read the PSA: [31-MAY] Jagex Account Verification

If you have been trying for many days, the above issue isn't the problem.

Work through the troubleshooting on the Not receiving emails support page.

If none of the troubleshooting helps, are you using a University, College, School or Work email?
These type of emails should not be used. It is best to stick with one of the major email providers e.g. Gmail.

Finally, have you tried while using a different browser?
