Hello guy my main account was Hack . I try to recover many times but i don t know i think that guy who stol my account he change everything
I have evidence with payment in my name with my card many time i pay for membership
I have photo to prove is my account
I know the date when i make it
I have everything what i need i think
Can somebody help me ?
Its a Osrs account and when i try to found my name in highscore its not show but i found my Xp and its another name

The hijacker cannot change the most important information in the recovery.
They cannot change the creation date, the creation ISP, the creation location, the first password, even your payment history. All this cannot be changed.

All they can do is add a new password or a new registered email and, if you succeed at recovery and prove the account is yours, Jagex will remove the new information added by the hijacker.

If the hijacker has already changed the password and registered email it means they have access to your email .
You need to secure your email right away.
Change the password to your email and set up a 2-step verification on it to prevent unauthorised access.

If you are trying to recover the account to that same email, it may be one reason why your recovery is failing - because Jagex suspect your email is insecure.
Try recovering the account to a different email.
