How do you know the account is banned if you haven't got access to it?
"when I am denied it says that I have an email to check why I'm denied. I do not 100% know the email for the account"
The reply email is sent to the email you enter in the top two boxes on the recovery form.
You must enter an email you have access to so you can read the Jagex replies.
When you do a recovery, it doesn't matter what email is currently the registered email, it just matters that you enter an email you have access to at the top. You can put your old email further down, in the Other Comments box.
The account is still identified by its original username login so, make sure you start with that.
Please edit your post above and remove the original login username. You should not put that login in the public forums.
Try the recovery again and get your reply email at the top of the form!
Got account back, but your advice above helped. Lost my bank ofc, and a lot of my untradable stuff destroyed just for fun I guess, but still glad to recover the account.
