No bank spaces from upgrading

I reluctantly upgraded my account to a “Jagex Account” for the bank space upgraded however I did not receive any additional bank spaces. Am I missing something?

Yes, on 10 July they have started offering 20 additional spaces for linking your account to the Jagex Account.

Per the 10 July news post. "If you’ve already upgraded, you’ll receive your 20 Bank Spaces upon your next login after this week's game update."
