How to report being hacked?

I haven't logged in for about for months and when I logged in it saids 110 days iirc (it flagged that there was a suspicious activity and I had to reset my password), I noticed I'm missing a couple of things e.g. Crown of Seasons, my rune full set and gold. When I check my bank, those were missing and after taking a look at the grand exchange I realized alot of stuff had been sold without my knowledge. Is this the way to submit a ticket or am I doing it wrongly?

First of all, it's highly recommended that you increase your security settings. You should take a look at the

Support article for guidance on how to do that. Also, if you haven't already done so, you ought to consider upgrading your account to a
Jagex Acount
as the overall security of your account will increase tremendously.
