hey there, i have two accounts that got permanent banned, the first account was banned back in 2015, while the second one in 2019, i regret every day the stupid mistake i did, it was a childish behavior, i leanred a valuable lesson that i wont forget ever in my life and would like to have a second chnace to get back in and enjoy the game.
second question:
when i login to the first account that got banned in 2015 , it says not character name set, does it mean that my account reseted?
the second account(2019) name is AMGpipes
i would like to have both of the accounts unbanned, please help me!

2015 ban account:
Are you certain you are logging in to the correct account?
No display name set means the account has been out of the game for a very long time.
It does not mean the account has been reset.

Try the 'Email Reminder' button on the Forgotten login support page to get a list of accounts you own. Try that button with all the emails you have access to.

Check the 'Account Status' tab on that 2015 banned account.
How many macroing offences are there?
Do any say "quashed"?

2019 banned account:
What date in 2019 was it banned?
How many macroing offences are there?

Both banned accounts:
Jagex remove old macroing bans due to the passing of time now and it surprises me that both bans are still active.
The only reason the bans might still be active is if:
* there are multiple macroing offences and the accounts have previously been unbanned then banned again for a new macroing offence.
* there was a glitch in the ban removal. Does 'Account Status' list multiple macroing offences dated the same date ?

2015 banned account:
im sure 100% that im logging to the correct account, i used the email registed one more time to make sure everything is correct.
date of ban: 23-november-2105
there is just 1 offence ( macoring major ban), also no expired offences
*no quashed

2019 banned account:
date of ban: 10-january-2019
just 1 active offence (macoring major ban), there is another expired/quashed offence for bot busting moderate(2 days) back in 5-jan-2017 but it is expired

runescape system is to get banned first time for 2 days, and second time if u break the rules again you will get banned forever, in 2015 account there is no quashed offence, just 1 macoring major ban forever.
in 2019 banned account there is one quashed offence which happened in 2017 which is bot busting (this the first ban for 2 days) it is expired, the second offence in 10-jan-2019 for macoring major ban which lead to forever ban

Very few accounts get a temp ban.

You have been waiting for two weeks for replies to the ban appeals?
Jagex respond to ban appeals within 10 days.
Have you worked through the troubleshooting on the Not receiving emails support page?

i visited the support page, my email address is set correct, i checked everything, spam,junk,etc,,,
i haven't recive any email from jagex team
so i don't deserve to get unbanned from my accounts? the account in 2015 doesn't have quashed offence
the 2019 banned account has a quashed offence in 2017 which is expired, what should i do?

If Jagex decide not to reply to a ban appeal, we cannot force them to.
In the past they would not respond to appeals from "repeat offenders". This is said from an historical viewpoint, not to imply that you are one.

Have you appealed these bans previously? meaning sometime before this year?
There was a change in the Appeal System a few months ago and many bans that weren't meant to were given an extra appeal chance. Jagex has been plagued by players using the extra appeal although these extra appeals were always going to fail (if the initial appeal failed, the extra appeal would also fail). Maybe Jagex is not replying because the bans were appealed previously and the accounts got one of those useless "extra" appeals.

its the first time for me to appeal a ban, i didn't appeal before at all!
can you help me check my status? or check the things with jagex please? its really my first attempt, and i haven't recived an answer rejected/succeeded
