My Account is currently logged in and it's not me. I have gotten on an alt account to try and communicate with the hacker but they haven't responded. I changed password and added an authenticator to the account. I'm just trying to get them booted off the account. I never have told anyone my account info at all! Please help boot this person off of my account.

To force log the account out, you need to do a Password Reset.

This is not the same as a password change.
You will see there are two buttons on that page: 'Change Password' and 'Reset Password'
You MUST use the 'Reset Password' button.

Do not try to pm the hijacker. It won't help and they may try to blackmail you.

If you are not sure exactly how your login information was found out, work through ALL the instructions on the Security tips support page.
Also, check the 'Linked Accounts' tab. If you see any accounts linked, unlink them. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account. If the only linked account you can see is your own, check the security of that account on its other website as it is insecure.
