Hello, I was recently hacked on my main. I went through the recovery process and was approved to have the account back.
I received an email stating the following :
We have received a request to reset the password for your RuneScape and Old School RuneScape account.
Your request has been successful. To set your new password, click on the button below.
When i click the button, it brings me to the track account recovery, i enter the email and it says this :
Success! Your new password has been set and you may use it to log into your account. runescape
However, I was never given the option to change the password... I therefore, still don't have access to my account...
I then filed severl other account recovery requests, and the result remains the same.
Everytime i receive the email stating that my account can successfully change password, I also always receive an email 15 minutes later to change my current email, the link never works.
Note* I also attempted to reset password by getting an email. However, i never receive the email. I tried this on other accounts and it works. I think there maybe a problem with the email linked to the account once recovered or I continuously keeping getting hacked back.
