So, I Went to log in the morning of august 16th. I right away noticed everything was on legacy mode. I checked my bank instantly, my most valuable items were gone. Checked the GE everything had been sold by this hacker.
I bought so many bonds, spend so much time and now all my effort has been lost.

@Jagex Could you please help me? I even had bank a pin, which also got bypassed.
I took a few screenshots of the items that were in the GE sale history.

Is your Bank PIN still active? Is your password still the same?
If they are, log into account management and check the 'Linked Accounts' tab.
If you see any linked accounts, unlink them. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.

The Bank PIN being unchanged indicates one of three possibilities:
1. The hijacker knew the PIN
2. They used a linked account to get backdoor login.
3. You clicked on a dodgy link and gave the hijacker permission to directly access your computer.

To re-secure your account, please work through these instructions: Securing your account

Unfortunately you have to move forward with whatever you find on your account now.
Jagex will not replace the stolen items or gp.

I LOST MY ITEM JUST FOR ONE DAY THE HACKED TOOK ALL MY RARE ITEM BUT JAJEX the KNOWS WHOS DID IT LIKE FOR EXAMPLE YOU buy stuff on the site that is not suppose to do and jajex banned people doing that and why jajex cant check who trade and take all my stuff this is new they hacked me yesterday and i take my account back from recovery and i have pin and all my stuff my white phat rsh and all my dye armour was gone and my bank empty i cant even do bossing now cus all my armour and my weapon gone what i gonna do i hope jajex check that out hacked on the march 1 and get my account back on march 6 and my item all gone pls i need help

How in the world would giving a hijacker permission to "directly access your computer" give them psychic abilities allowing them to know a user's pin?

i mean they hackedme on march 5 and i get my account back on march 6 and all my stuff gone pls jajex can check em out the last trade who did it thanks
