The account is unable to have an appeal done due to the first being denied a few years ago. I just remembering doing the first offense and being scared of losing the account so I didn't play on it for a while and stopped macroing all together after the first offense but I did not try to appeal it.
The second one was denied and I was unsure why due to the account being hijacked at some point during the time of me stopping.

So, the first offence received a temp ban? But, later on, the account was hijacked and the hijacker committed a macroing offence which earned the account a perm ban?

This is extremely unfortunate. :(
Punishments are applied against accounts, not against players.
You are welcome to play the game but Jagex has basically said "not on that account any more" .

Offences only get one appeal. If the appeal fails, there is no further action the player can take to appeal a second time.
Jagex has, in the past, removed bans from accounts that had old macroing bans but they don't do this currently.

The only advice I can give is to keep the account login/password saved and check it once a year, just in case Jagex decide to offer another appeal chance. The ban appeal system has gone through changes over the years and secondary appeal chances have popped up when changes occur.

Yup thats why I was hoping to see if someone could possibly take a look into it as I did have them help me in the past. The account is relatively old as I believe it was made in around 2015 or 2016 but I don't quite remember for certain.

Thats the ebst advice.

Sadly I had to lock the thread as you keep bumping it hoping a Jagex Staff member will see it. Forums can't be used like that. You ask questions Community Helpers and the Community answer and give help and advice.

I've also removed post 1 for the Account loging name. You need to keep that safe and secure as others may try and recover it.
