ive recently recovered a account ive not been on for a year or so! when i managed to change the email adress so i had access again to change the password ive realised my account had been hacked and has been perm banned for macro! they have also used my appeal too! im absolutely gutted ive had this account since 2013

is there anyway i can get it back?

If you have multiple accounts it means you have to check them every now & then to make sure they all are in healthy shape not breaking the rules or abusing Jagex's Digital Property.
