I tried to import a Alt account to the Jagex Launcher, it did import, but I think it made another Jagex Launcher account? I used my Jagex Launcher username, but I don't see the Alt Account under my main account on the Launcher
Should I've used the #numbers after my Launcher username? Is there anyway to fix this?
Have a read through the
Jagex Launcher FAQ
page to see if that helps. You should be able to see all accounts you have linked in the drop down list in the Launcher.
I do not recommend uninstalling the Google Authenticator app. It remains an essential piece of account security. If you are not using it currently, you will be required to use it again once you upgrade to a 'Jagex Account' though, at that time, you will be able to delete the unused auth code generators.
Example: I had an Auth code generator for each of my Jagex accounts in my Authenticator app. Now, with a Jagex Account, I have one auth code generator and was able to clear out the others.
When I added my main to the Jagex launcher, it asked if I wanted to add another account. I added my alts and freaked out when Iaunched the launcher and could not find them.
I did not find any resources or anything to help or explain what happened.
After trying multiple things, I reinstalled the launcher and logged into the launch and finally found my alts in the dropdown menu.
