Hi my account has been banned falsely, i appealed it but it was denied.
They said I had been botting or using macros when I have never in 18 years of playing, I had been cutting yews and fishing anglers for a few months afk on my phone it seems as they’ve thought this was botting when it was all just me playing on my mobile.
I saw on a recent video that jagex have banned people falsely and was looking into it, could anyone please point me in the right direction or give me some help with this.

As per the screenshot Tenebri posted, the false bans you saw mentioned in the video have been removed.
That reddit post is dated 19th June. It is a good, detailed read on the topic of macro detection.

If your appeal has been denied, there is no further action you can take to get it checked again.
