Every time I click the "Lost Authenticator?" option on the authenticator log-in (old way of logging in) using the old username, not email option, I never receive the email in order to disable it. The username and password work, but authenticator is preventing me from getting on my main, even though the email is the same (should be). This is highly frustrating, as it's a maxed account and I'd like to recover it, but this one step is preventing that. My alt uses the same email, because I've switched the email of my main to my alt, and I can get on my alt account, but my main doesn't show up under added characters, or email from that main even though I'm still being billed for membership. Please, help me, I'm begging you, I'm at a loss here.
