It's incredible that I can't email you guys(Jagex) at all.. its pop up after pop ups to drop downs without the help, Anyways, It seems like my main account Sigmacore isn't around anymore, I haven't played for a while (1-2 yrs) but ive had it since 2004-5. Ive done all the steps of downloading the launcher and importing the character but nothing. I don't even see my character in the highscores anymore. So what is the next step?
I used to login with my Facebook, and I had an authenticator for it.
Now when I go to manage characters in the launcher, it shows 2 accounts (sigmacore included) but I can't select it from the drop down.
So here I am, on a forum... I still think it's crazy that we can't contact via email or some support directly.
