False bans - Need advice

I know false bans are currently a hot topic, but I'm mainly looking for advice.

I've had 3 accounts falsley banned all for macroing (1 permanently) in the last few weeks.

I'm not here to beg for a review as I'm innocent (although it would be great), but I'm mainly concerned on how to continue playing.

I play on my laptop, just using the jagex launcher, there is nothing else downloaded on my laptop other than ms teams.

Something is clearly being falsely detected, and I'm worried to play on my accounts now as I fear them being banned permanently.

I'm a casual player now, who logs on when I have the spare time, but I haven't logged onto any account since these bans as I'm worried about loosing them.

If anyone has any advice on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a vpn? If so be careful which one you use, as using one that botters routinely use will get you flagged.

Other than than that, if you have a gaming mouse remember that unlike some games, RS doesn't like ways that gain more than one action / one input. So turn all the extra stuff off.

Just to add,

I logged on a different account yesterday and played for a few hours. I log on today and that account has now been banned.

It's absolutely ridiculous, I cannot play the game as I'm going to loose all of my accounts and years of hard work. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong or whats being detected.

The program itself is nothing wrong with ... what you are using it for might make a difference.

Hi Tron,

I think we can agree it's a fact that false bans happen, as we've seen recently with some streamers. They're fortunate enough to have a platform for a voice.

I really am just asking what is being detected, as I'm running absolutely zero other programmes.

I'm not cheating, I'm not botting, and it's incredibly frustrating that you can't discuss this with anyone or be advised. Something is being detected and I really have no idea what it could be.

' to be used by The RuneScape Community and nothing else, unless Jagex/JMods will specify/control.

There are no false bans.
